Maybe your organisation is further down the line, but your’re continually fire-fighting and not making the best use of your time and resources. Maybe you're just in need of fresh direction.

In this package, you will receive:
• An hour spent with you, poring over your income and the opportunities missed or not yet explored – covering corporate funding, community fundraising and tools such as crowdfunding to increase your charity’s turnover
• An hour spent with you looking at your past grant applications and looking at where improvements could be made
• An hour spent looking at your marketing efforts and social media content. We’ll formulate a plan and bring ideas and templates for you to use
• A follow up hour, to bring accountability and to answer any questions you may have

Ideally, the first three hours would be delivered in a full morning or afternoon session. The cost for this bespoke, in-depth and results-driven consultation is £180.
