Evolve3 CIC didn’t start as a fully formed idea. It’s been shaped over time through real work, with real people, in settings where you can’t rely on theory alone.
What sits behind it is a long-standing interest in how people understand situations, how quickly perspectives can shift, and how much influence the way something is presented can have. That thinking has been tested and developed through work in schools, community settings and with groups who don’t always get the chance to explore things in this way.
Evolve3 CIC exists to bring that experience into spaces where it can make a difference.
Sessions are shaped to fit the group, the setting and the intended outcome.
Evolve3 CIC is supported by people who bring complementary experience in leadership, partnerships and community work.
Diane Hall
Diane is the architect of critical clarity at Evolve3. Whilst many consultants look at the surface of a business problem, Diane operates at a forensic level, dissecting the mental models and decision-making processes that drive or derail organisational success.
As a forensic linguist with a host of skills gained across many different sectors, Diane is fascinated by what drives us to make good (and bad) decisions; more so, now that we’re entering an era of machine-led outcomes.
Qualified in Leadership and Management, Diane’s expertise is underpinned by a deep understanding of what makes a high-performing culture tick. Her background is defined by high-stakes accountability; she has spent years navigating the complexities of governance and sitting on influential funding panels. This experience has honed her ability to spot risks that others miss and to demand a level of evidence-based thinking that transforms how boards, departments and teams operate.
Diane specialises in training people to think and communicate better. She challenges leaders and teams to move away from ‘gut instinct’ towards a disciplined, analytical framework for decision-making. Her approach is a unique blend of rigorous governance and cognitive psychology, ensuring that every strategic move a client makes is defensible, sustainable, and commercially sound.
When Diane is in the room, ‘good enough’ is off the table. She provides the forensic oversight and strategic challenge necessary to ensure that your leadership team is as resilient and precise as the market demands.
